Refund policy

We want you to be sure GF Builder is right for you. Because there is no free trial, every purchase comes with a 14-day refund.

The 14-day refund

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date and ask for a refund.
• Include the email address you bought with, or your order number.
• You get a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason, though we appreciate hearing one.

What happens to your licence

When a purchase is refunded, its licence key is cancelled. It will no longer activate new sites or receive updates. Please remove GF Builder from any sites you activated with it.

Annual renewals

Annual licences renew automatically each year until you cancel. If a renewal charges you by surprise, email us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund it.

After 14 days

Purchases are not refundable after 14 days. You can cancel an annual licence at any time to stop future renewals. Your sites keep working and you keep every version you already have.
