Terms of service

These terms cover your purchase and use of GF Builder, GF Base Theme and related services (together, "GF Builder") sold by Good Fellas Technology, LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or using GF Builder you agree to them.

1. The software and its licence

GF Builder's code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, as WordPress plugins and themes must be. Your purchase buys a licence key, which gives you access to downloads, updates and support for your licence term, and activates GF Builder's editor features on your sites.

2. Sites

You may use one licence key on an unlimited number of websites that you own or build for clients. Register each live site in your licence account. Local, staging and development addresses do not need registering. Do not share, resell or publish your licence key.

3. Plans, renewals and cancellation

• Annual licences include one year of updates and renew automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Lifetime licences include ten years of updates from the purchase date for a single payment.
• You can cancel an annual licence at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term except as described in our refund policy.

4. When a licence ends

If your licence lapses or is cancelled, sites already activated keep working and stay editable. You stop receiving updates and support. A licence cancelled because of a refund or chargeback, or for breach of these terms, may also stop activating new sites.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy: a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase.

6. Support

Support covers installing, activating and using GF Builder's own features, by email at [email protected]. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins or themes, or hosting problems.

7. Future products

Products described on our roadmap are plans, not promises. Features, timing and pricing may change, and nothing on the roadmap is included in a GF Builder purchase unless we say so in writing when it launches.

8. No warranty

GF Builder is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. You are responsible for backing up your sites before installing or updating any software.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to GF Builder is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date posted here. Material changes will be emailed to current licence holders.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
